As the founder/owner as well as chief engineer for the firm, Mr. Budnik
has over 25 years of experience in site civil engineering,
land planning and community association operations and
maintenance. His educational and work background, coupled with
his personal experiences with local communities as both as a Board
member, committee volunteer, officer and engineer, allows Greg to bring
a unique mix of technical and practical consulting engineering to our
community association clientele's reserve planning and
repair/maintenance issues.
